Traction is all about transferring engine power to the ground. Once in 4x4 High, the transfer case delivers a 50/50 split of torque to the front and rear axles, delivering that extraordinary traction that has made Jeep® Wrangler a legendary 4x4 machine.
READY FOR UNEXPECTED WATERS
With a high air intake, sealed electrical connections and moisture-resistant body openings, you can traverse up to 34 inches of water to cross creeks, streams and puddles with ease. Do not attempt water fording unless depth is known and consistent with the vehicle’s water fording rating in the Owner’s Manual. Traversing water can cause damage that may not be covered by the new vehicle warranty. Always off road responsibly in approved areas.
